Terms & Conditions:

1. The Pondasi Investasi Webinar Challenge is open to customers who attend the live webinar via Zoom.
2. Participants must complete transactions according to the challenge requirements during the webinar.
3. The challenges to be completed during the Pondasi Investasi Webinar are as follows:
   • Make a top-up to the NOW Savings account with a minimum amount of Rp1,000,000 at least once via the link displayed on the screen during the webinar.
   • Submit a Neo Pinjam limit application via the link displayed on the screen during the webinar.
4. Participants who top up their NOW Savings account are allowed to make multiple transactions to increase their chances of winning.
5. Participants must send their neobank referral code via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram to the official account @bankneocommerce.

Winner Selection Criteria:

• Winners will be selected based on participants who have met the challenge requirements, which include completing the required transactions or loan limit applications and submitting their referral codes via Instagram DM.
• Winners will be chosen by Bank Neo Commerce team and the decision announced during the webinar session is final and cannot be contested.
• Winners will be contacted via Instagram DM for verification and prize distribution.
• Winners must provide the requested data within the specified timeframe. If the winner fails to submit the data within the given deadline, the prize will be considered unclaimed, and the winner will be disqualified.
• Prizes will be sent no later than 14 (fourteen) working days after Bank Neo Commerce receives the winner's details.
• By participating in this challenge, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all applicable terms and conditions.
• Bank Neo Commerce reserves the right to verify participants' transactions and cancel winnings if any fraudulent activity or violation of the terms and conditions is detected.
• These terms and conditions must be followed by all participants of the Pondasi Investasi Webinar Challenge.
